In Store Returns Policy

This policy is in relation to any items that have been purchased in our boutique and being returned back to our boutique. For information on our online returns policy please click here.

REFUND POLICY

If you have purchased something from our Klaipėda store and you have changed your mind and wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or credit note for all pieces purchased in our store and do not offer a refund (please note this is only in relation to anything purchased in our Klaipėda boutique, our online policy differs)

RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER IN OUR (Klaipėda) STORE

If you are local to Klaipėda and would like return your online order to our store this is also possible, please make sure you have registered your return via our Online Returns Portal. Once you have packaged up the parcel you can return this to our store and this will be passed on to our online team. This method may take a few days as the parcel will need to reach our online team that are at a different location, however a label is not required for this and once the in store team acknowledge the return and the online team receive it, the portal will update accordingly and the return will be processed following the returns guidelines.

An online order can also be exchanged in store if you would prefer an exchange. If you choose this option please do not register this via the portal, simply return the parcel to store and the in store team will help with the exchange accordingly.
